The ENCORE! Performing Arts Series through the Georgia Military College Foundation sponsors musical performances as part of its celebrated Concert Series twice per year.

GMC Preparatory School Theatre Program

Our Preparatory School's award winning theatre program presents five main stage shows per year including State Championship One Act Plays and spectacular musicals as part of the ENCORE! Performing Arts Series.

The Caldwell Theatre in the
NewDay USA Center of Leadership

Now officially open, the New Day USA Center of Leadership at Georgia Military College, housing the Caldwell Theatre, brings to the GMC campus and the city of Milledgeville a 754 seat fully equipped, state-of-the-art theatre and learning facility! Having already hosted several musical and theatrical events, the Center of Leadership has become a cultural beacon for the citizens of central Georgia and beyond.

GMC Summer Concert Series

The Caldwell Theatre comes to life in the summer with the annual Summer Concert Series.  ABBA L.A. kicked off the series in 2024 with a roaring and sensational tribute to the legendary band ABBA.  Groups such as the world famous A1A Jimmy Buffet Tribute Band and Electric Avenue, The MTV Experience have lit up the stage in Milledgeville Georgia. Join us this summer for tribute bands and local up and comers!

More Than Just Concerts

Starting in February of 2025 GMC will bring in legendary comedians Karen Morgan and Gina Brillon for a fun and dynamic comedy performance for Valentine's Day.  More fun events are being scheduled now!

Additionally the Caldwell Theatre and the NewDay USA Center of Leadership will host two world class leadership speakers each year.  Previously, former Secretary of Defense, General James Mattis, inspired our cadets and the community.  Look for more incredible guest speakers in the near future.
